Breaking my foot has been a very difficult injury. For someone so physically active, my entire lifestyle changed instantly.. I’m about 12 weeks out now and I’m just now starting to feel somewhat like myself again! This week I get to retire the boot ? I’m hoping I can rehab myself back to start doing things I love such as running again. Rehabilitation takes so much patience and discipline.. it’s a phase that can make you feel worthless as an athletic person but also appreciate the little things our bodies are capable of! If you are in this position don’t let Your body go, it is capable!
