I've been struggling this week with my core childhood wound - not feeling like I am seen and heard. Probably the reason I became a comedian and podcaster! I grew up not really having my opinion matter. My Dad was super strict and I didn't feel like I could express myself. My Dad is no longer with us and I miss him every day.
