Here's how to make Christmas/Holiday Cookies, out of salmon!..
🕑 Added 2021-12-08 10:20:09 +0000 UTC Here's how to make Christmas/Holiday Cookies, out of salmon!- 5 to 6 ounces of Skinless Salmon, ground up in a food processor with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Holiday cookie cutters (I got mine for $1 each at Target)!
Simply flatten out the ground-up salmon like you would cookie dough and press your cookie cutters into the salmon. Then carefully place your "cookies" on a skillet that's heating over a medium flame (spritz with non-stick cookie spray) and pan-sear/fry them for about 5 minutes per side, achieving a crispy golden-brown look.
And voila! The ULTIMATE ZERO CARB COOKIE!!
**If you want to take these cookies to the NEXT LEVEL, cook salmon belly in the same skillet. Salmon belly will lend a form of cooking fat to the pan (as you can see there is a bunch of liquid in my skillet - see photo - and that's purely from the strips of salmon belly), enhancing the flavor of the "cookies" further.
