1 cup of heavy cream,
2 Tbs of butter
1/3 cup of erythritol
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Mix together in a pot over medium heat for 15 mins (stirring regularly)
Remove from heat
Let stand 15 mins
Now, mix 1 cup of sugar free chocolate chips (Lily's)
Add to parchment lined dish.
Add nuts to the top (optional)
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
This makes a small batch. You can double the recipe to make it larger.😉
