🕑 Added 2022-07-21 14:38:13 +0000 UTC Hi my fans! This is topless rebreathing exercise. I hold my breath as long as it's comfortable and then I equip a snorkel with breathing bag. I continue to breathe through snorkel and I exhale and inhale the same air. CO2 is building up and breathing gets harder and harder. In the same time oxygene runs lower and lower. The fight for air gets quite mad in the end you can see how my body convulses in need of air. Eventually I gave up and removed the snorkel just in time. I almost passed out, my body jerked uncontrollably for some time after removing snorkel. It took almost 5min 30sec to wear me down this way! I'm so proud of that! This is theoretical limit of my breathholding abilities. Please comment, if you like this exercise! Enjoy!
