First I do with normal breathing and second with hyperventilation. Times are much better with ventilation, but with the cost... I personally like this video much more, than full lungs STA video. There are more action as I get very long contractions and this is shaking me a lot. As I slowly run out of oxygene, my body reacts gradually and in the end my body convulses badly. In the end I get samba and I can not control my body. My memories of the end are foggy as well. I used sPo2 monitor, but it did not worked as expected.
