A lil warmup I always do before leg day (ββΏββΏ)π¦΅π½
I do the stair master for 5 mins first then these right before I go into my squats and such.
Itβs important to warm your muscles up but I always play it safe and do DYNAMIC stretching not STATIC stretching before a workout. The latter is when you hold it for 20-30 secs. Dynamic you do NOT hold.
You can see that I donβt really hold anything for that long; I keep it moving. You want to do all your static stretching AFTER your workout. :)
