But crucially what they also do is employ the 20/20/20 method. This means 20 minutes of exercise (I think sex counts!) 20 minutes of reflection, so journaling or meditation. And then 20 minutes of learning, so maybe reading or listening to a podcast.
This morning I braved the cold with my skipping rope and jumped around chaotically for a while. I think it might be easier to get myself a winter buddy and simply fuck them every morning for 20 minutes. Any volunteers? ;-)
