Here I am, with just what the doctor *didn't* order. ๐ As I'm sure you can tell by the thumbnail which looks like any dietitian's poster-image of what NOT to do. ๐ Look, the damage was done *before* this FULL half gallon of eggnog and POUND of bacon. ๐ฅ If there's any word to describe the beat-down my organs have taken from me over the years, it's: *resilient*. ๐ช I'll live. However I don't recommend this combination of foods. ๐คข Excuse me while I eat a whole head of lettuce to counteract this morning's *max capacity belly stuffin*. ๐คฐ
