Bicep Matrix- get a sick pump
3 working sets:
First set, your hand position is in close- 5 full reps, followed by 5 short reps (the rep range is about 2” from top to bottom) x5 (see my shitty drawing), finishing on 5 full reps again.
Immediately after, set the weight down and hit the most muscular pose, squeezing as HARD as you can for 5 seconds, straight into a front double bicep, squeezing as hard as you can for 5 seconds, then repeat that two more times for a total of 3 sets of flexing.
Rest 90 seconds and get ready to repeat the exact same thing but this time your hands are in the middle of the bar.
Rest 90 seconds and get ready to repeat the exact same thing but this time your hands are at the very end of the bar.
