Hey guys welcome back to my Mental Monday on a Tuesday seems to be the trend these days haha I will work on that I swear! Yesterday I traveled all day I talk about Austin and LA and how Iβm going back to Austin next week again to work with Trey so give me some fun ideas to shoot while Iβm there for my third time! Thanks again to all of you helping me slowly work towards being able to compete in jujitsu Iβve gotten way better in just 2 weeks and I know Iβm gonna make you guys proud when I compete for my first time in another month or so!
