Welcome back to the longest Mental Monday I’ve ever filmed! I had to talk a lot to catch you guys up on what’s been going on with the grappling. It’s going really well, just been a constant battle with soreness and old injuries like my neck always bugging me especially when I have to wrestle. Don’t worry I’m fine this is truly what I love and I’m living the life I want as I hope you all get the chance to do as well. I’m very lucky to have each and everyone of guys supporting me. If you take one thing from this video it’s that rest is important and you shouldn’t always push yourself. Take it easy sometimes and celebrate the little wins more as it won’t hurt.
