Mental Monday (uploaded Tuesday because I fell asleep after I got back from work) for the week is mostly focused on talking about my weekend! A life lesson I learned recently was how much confidence fluctuates and how it’s okay to not be happy with yourself so long as it’s not a permanent feeling we are human after all. Don’t forget to compliment people it goes further than you sometimes know. I love your guy’s compliments on my physique it reminds me to keep working hard.
I’m sore today so I didn’t do any fasted cardio I should make it to the gym but I also need to go get grocery’s ugh traveling really ruins the schedule but that’s alright my life is gonna be a movie the next month 4 more photoshoots scheduled already so I have to stay locked in for you guys😅
