Mental Monday today I talk about the difference between discipline and motivation and how motivation is a luxury you won't always have when trying to achieve a goal but, it is awesome when it is there.
Although motivation isn't always there, discipline can be, as it is a behavior you choose to create and keep. Choose to be discipline and remember to take advantage of motivation when you have it and don't feel bad because you aren't motivated that IS normal. No one stays motivated forever.
Also I got 315 for bench today so I am happy good night and see you guys for the Teaser this Thursday!
