We often don't realise how we get caught up in social media, wasting hours on endless scrolling and unnecessary arguments. Poor diet plays its part too, robbing us of energy and health. But perhaps one of the most insidious habits is allowing ourselves to wallow in sadness. Yes, sometimes sadness is unavoidable, and that's fine. But when we constantly reach for sadness, we miss out on moments of joy. Today I've decided to stop being drawn to that state. Do you have any bad habits?π¦π
