We can take this to our advantage and do certain things with a therapeutic purpose. We get out of our comfort zone with the intention of finding ourselves. What we do to our body affects our minds in so many ways. Body suspension is one of the tools that helped me come to certain insights about myself, the world and the whole existence. It also helped me on my way of finding my inner peace. I love and am grateful.
