i filmed a time lapse video of my favorite leg & glute workout for you guys! the moves are listed in the first slide of the video. each move requires 12 reps, which you complete 3x. these moves target your hamstrings, quads, glutes, and even your calves. this workout is guaranteed to make you sore the next day! adjust the weights based on your body’s ability and desired level of difficulty. who said you need a gym to stay in shape? all i used in this video were two 15 lb weights, all in the comfort of my own home!
