Hey babe! Here is a healthy Valentine’s Day treat 💕
I had so much fun filming this video with @cocktailratings check out her page for some amazing creative drinks 🍸
These are protein balls they’re so yummy 😋
Here’s what you need!
✨1 cup old-fashioned oats
✨2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
✨1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
✨1/2 cup ground flaxseed
✨1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)
✨1/3 cup honey
✨1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
✨1 teaspoon vanilla extract
This took about 20 mins to make (The mixture) You have to put them in the fridge for about an hour before you roll them into balls so they stick easier to speed this process up you can freeze them for 30 mins !
