I consciously know they are fabulous but subconsciously I have narratives about how a body should be. I do my best to be transparent and raw with my content because the reality is I have pimples, and scars, and muscular imbalances and insecurities just like you do. Our culture these days is so good at making people feel less then and I just don’t want to perpetuate that. Needless to say I still fall into the superficial trap. But finding gratitude whenever my mind pulls me toward negativity seems to help soothe the self conscious beast. Thanks for subscribing.
