I’m feeling connected to my breath and touch today. Up and down and in throughout. Movements traveling up with the inhale, releasing down on the exhale. Feeling my crown opening up with the inhales and my sacral chakra expanding on the exhales. Doing this, continuously, can feel similar to orgasm. It’s a full body experience and a gradual progression.
