My right Palm is positioned over my left leaving space in the middle creating gap in the shape of a triangle 🖐🏼📐 and I just plop my head in there 🙏🏽 What this does essentially is the same concept as a golf tee ⛳️ You’re creating a sort of pocket, or indent, for your head to balance on.
