This has made the biggest difference in my learning curve!!! A little bit goes a long way but pleaseeee make sure you are cleaning it off before reapplying more otherwise you could slip! (Trust me 🙃)
Once you’ve mastered your grip try out this ab workout! I do 30 of them every time I get on the pole. Switch off your left and right arms on top!
