I'd like to talk about how much you value yourself? And what do you value in life? How you see yourself? Are you happy with it? why and why not? We've been so conditioned to change or evolve ourselves based on others opinions may it be a spouse, children, relatives, parents, co-workers, bosses. SOCIETY. But who were you before these things and how has your life been impacted? Negative or Positive? Letting others energies bleed into you is draining, running a business or being in that 9-5 grind, having parents with high expectations or raising a family with littles, marriages that aren't a partnership but a toxic comfort zone you're too scared of being alone to leave, social media where your bogus expectations of life are bamboozled never knowing what is real and what is not? All of this shapes you into who are and what your perspective on life is. Can you feel yourself itching for more in life? Wanting to break free from it all and just see who you are? You're constantly listening to others opinions and feelings. Do you even process your own? Are you just accepting your life for what you've been conditioned to think it should be? You should know your worth and what you bring to the table and that you're enough. Your emotions are valid and you deserve to be whole.
