Is it really that bad? 🤷♂️🤷♀️ Self-confidence is a quality that can have both positive and negative sides, and it all depends on context and measure. Positive self-confidence is the confidence in ourselves, our abilities and opinions that allows us to achieve our goals and overcome challenges. It helps us express ourselves, set boundaries and strive for the best version of ourselves. 💪💫 However, when self-confidence turns to arrogance and disrespect for others, it can become a problem. It's important to remember that everyone is unique and we always have the opportunity to learn and grow, even if we are confident in our abilities. 🙌🌱 So, self-confidence in itself is not a bad thing. Rather, it's a skill we need to develop and balance it with respect for others. How do you see assertiveness? What are your thoughts on this topic? 😊🤝
