🕑 Added 2022-06-19 22:48:01 +0000 UTC I got my π kicked by this 7 mile hike!!! It took me about 5 hours with a nice lunch break at the summit. Hiking is my new favorite cardio. The hills and terrain builds strong legs and booty, while the views make up for the fact that you wonβt feel your legs the next day π₯΅ (Swipe to see views) β°Make sure to bring enough water and fuel for your trek because youβll be out for most of the day. Some energizing snacks I like to pack are trail mix, pb&j, and lots of water. Itβs also important to have a hearty breakfast before you go. β°Protect your skin and apply sunscreen before and throughout tour hike. β° and most importantly, slow down and enjoy the view, youβll be surprised on how quickly the environments change.π π§π»ββοΈ
