Someone I fell out of contact with just messaged me that theyβre putting their dog down today. This was their childhood dog. Iβm literally sobbing. Even when we didnβt talk anymore snap memories would pop up and itβd be videos of his dog. As someone who has had to dealt with putting my own dog down in July 2020 and even deal with the death of a loved one this year itβs never easy to handle. Youβll never be ready no matter how prepared you try to be. Itβs always so hard.
