🕑 Added 2020-06-11 17:21:15 +0000 UTC I've never been one to photoshop anything other than kooky baccgrounds in my pictures as I always wanted to present myself in the most realistic fashion because I would never want to make anyone feel more pressure to achieve a certain body type than they already receive from others on instagram as well as the media-- but I just wondered how my body would look if I altered it. I was surprised at how simple it was to do so and then realized I like my body as is. Altering images is a common thing in the media as well as on social media. Stop comparing your real life body to these women that have either severely photoshopped themselves or have been surgically altered with butt implants and injections and making yourself feel less than because you are beautiful just the way you are. Sure I have breast implants, a tummy tucc (after becoming a mom I just wanted my old tummy bacc) and have had lipo on my muffin top as well as under the chin but those were all things I did for myself and things I wanted done before social media was even around how it is today. It's absolutely normal to want to change things about yourself but just remember it's what's on the inside that counts and alterations on your body via surgery, injections or just plain photoshopping have nothing to do with your value as a human being.
