🕑 Added 2023-08-14 23:20:11 +0000 UTC Hey 👋🏼 As a therapist, I'm here to tell you that finding your authentic self can be a journey, but it doesn't have to be a struggle. Here are some tips on how to discover your unique self ☺️ 1) Reflect on your values: What do you give a f*ck about? What gets you 🔥fired up? What makes you feel like you're on top of the world 🌍 ? This sh#t will help clarify your passions and priorities. 🤨 2) Try new f*cken things: Get out of your damn comfort zone and explore new hobbies, interests, and experiences. Travel. Take up pottery. Learn to play the damn ukulele. The possibilities are endless! 😜 3) Embrace your f*cken quirks: Your quirks and weirdness are what make you stand out. 🤪 Don't hide that sh#t, celebrate it! Whether you snort when you laugh or have an obsessively organized sock drawer, own that sh#t with pride. 4) Listen to your damn gut: Your intuition is a powerful tool for finding your authentic self. 🔮Trust your instincts and don't ignore that little inner voice. 5) Surround yourself with positive motherf*ckers: The people you surround yourself with play a big role in your self-discovery journey. Surround yourself with supportive and uplifting people who encourage you to be your best damn self. Finding your authentic self takes time and effort, but trust me, it's totally f*cken worth it. Embrace your quirks, listen to your gut, and surround yourself with positivity. You got this! 💪🏼💖🌟
