I’ve taken the week off from lifting weights so i could heal from whatever injury is going on in my right hip and leg….it’s gonna be a slow process 😰
But yesterday was earth day…so i smoked some of the beautiful medicine Mother Earth provides us and just let go of expectations and flowed without judgment. I am limited but i am still strong…and my body still needs to flow like water.
