This is probably the only machine Iβll ever be this good at, but I can do the adductor machine with max weight (290 lbs). I have to attribute this newly discovered strength of mine to years and years of riding horses. π πππ
I guess it would be fair to say Iβm really good at squeezing things between my legs. ππ€π€·πΌββοΈ
