I guess I’ll wait for LA Fitness to open up at 5AM😂 It’s been hard to write anything lately. My anxiety has been a little extra the past few days, which has made it hard to find the words to express myself. I feel like I’ve been a bit hard on myself. Just kinda not feeling good enough, for some odd reason. Anxiety sucks. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. For me, it comes in waves. I can be perfectly happy/optimistic and then one day I wake up feeling like shit and it continues for a few days. I wish I knew where my anxiety stems from so I could work on overcoming it. I feel like it’s underlying stuff. The mind is tricky like that, sometimes you think you’re over things but you’re not. I will say, things are much better than they’ve been, though. I’ve been spending lots of time outdoors, meditating etc. It’s definitely been a period of healing, but my anxiety seems inevitable. I’m really lucky that I found Only Fans, because at the moment, mentally I don’t think I could hold a 9-5 job.
