60 Minute Beginners Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga (Class #4)
This class is divided into 2 parts; 30 minutes of Vinyasa where we muscularly engage, followed by 30 minutes of Restorative where we completely disengage.
Restorative yoga is great for people who are looking to get flexible and to decompress from the gym/ other physical activities.
I recommend playing some music, especially during the second part of the class, because we hold the postures for quite some time and I donβt talk much. Below is a link to a Spotify playlist I made that is perfect for this class- the first half is upbeat music followed by very relaxing, tranquil tunes to help set the mood:
