40 Minute All Levels Vinyasa

This is a very basic flow that pretty much anyone can do. It’s great when you’re crunched on time and just want to get some energy flowin’/ break a sweat 💦
I look forward to posting longer/ more difficult classes, but this one was kind of a test trial for me, as I have never recorded a class before. I learned a lot; I definitely need-
1) A new phone- it decided to turn off and stop recording half way so I had to re record. FUN!
2) A new roommate- decided to barge in during the middle of the recording and bang every single dish/ slam every drawer. Luckily, this was during the part where my phone stopped recording.
The videos will only get better from here, so do the yoga and give me some feedback if you’d like, enjoy 😊
