Its easy to get complacent by solely doing things in life that come easy to you. Iβve found that committing to challenging stuff results in the most growth. Thatβs what brought me to yogaπͺπΌ Side note: this is why I practice at home these days- if youβve ever practiced in the nude, makes it real hard to want to go back to the studio π₯
