So in a nutshell that is the time away from Chicago area that I begin being compensated for being in Iowa. Anytate…approximately 5 hours before I go on duty after my mandatory rest period of 10 hours. If I truly stay awake from 9:37 AM and go on duty around 8:25 PM that is very exhausting as well. Why I have to force myself back to bed so I can ensure the safety of myself and my Engineer. In a nutshell how was my sleep. Hmmm.
