I had a medical issue that made it impossible to get through my workouts, but I have been cleared recently to go back!
If you’d like to show a little extra support today with a tip … I’ll be needing a couple of things, like a new water bottle, a hip thrust belt to keep me from getting bruises growing this booty again, and some protein powder to prevent me from accidentally losing weight. My gym membership is $70/month 😉
Thanks for loving my body alongside me throughout the changes this year. I can’t wait to be a picture of health again!
