One of the things i've learned in this new sport is to take time and patience. I am no powerlifter, so no need of heavy weights. More important is to have that mind-muscle-connection and you cannot do with weights that you cannot control. Muscles are developed in time and consistency. So focus more on the movement, let the muscle burn, feel it and evolve .ππ
