You envision what you want your body to look like and you put in the work to achieve that goal. It’s extremely physically demanding. It’s mental in the fact that it can be somewhat therapeutic, yet stressful when your body doesn’t respond the way you thought it would. All n all, fitness/bodybuilding is a lifelong, never ending journey, and a work of art that is constantly changing and evolving. Worth every bit of bl00d, sweat, and tears.
This leg workout was a glute focused lift. My legs and glutes are my favorite body parts to train, and the body parts I’m most proud of building over the years.
