Went to a new gym yesterday, LOVED IT! The energy was amazing πͺπ½ Felt so good I wanted to lift some heavy shit, so thatβs exactly what I did! π I personally love lifting heavy. No particular reason either. I just love lifting weights and really fitness of all kinds. No upcoming competitions, no reasons to βlook good,β or be extremely healthy and strong. Fitness should be about the long run. Health is wealth. We should all be doing SOMETHING to keep ourselves healthy, strong, more moblie, and feeling youthful as we age. There really is zero downside to working out. ZERO!
