I wanted to post this yesterday but have been having some issues with recording and then getting it sent to my computer to upload. Had a really good chest day. Here is one of my supersets from the workout. If you are looking for new ways to workout and exercise routines send me a private message. I'll video every exercise I do each day and you can do the same workouts that I do. You of course choose your own weight but you'll be able to see the proper form for exercises and which exercises compliment each other in a workout. Also added a post workout flex session as a bonus.
