As for those that didn't see my tweets & such, I strained my Lumbar at work by JUST STANDING UP😫 recovery has honestly been very slow & I'm doing all I can to keep everything managed on it. I did go to the ER immediately when the pain kept progressing & went back about a night or later. Total I've had two Toradol shots &, I'm taking about 6 different pain medication & I technically start physical therapy today. Other than that, there's a chance I am gonna have to take another week or two off from work & tbh, I hate it 😩😫
