🕑 Added 2021-08-18 15:39:01 +0000 UTC Bf said I looked like I’d lost weight, & tbh an hour ago I was looking at myself in the mirror thinking my belly looked a little smaller so I weighed myself & I’m down to 168lbs! I was 177lbs the last time I checked, a few weeks ago. That’s almost 10lbs! That’s a significant change 😱 I haven’t even been working out or restricting my diet too intensely. It’s literally just the medication changes & effects on my appetite. I’m not binge-eating anymore I still eat ramen and snacks and fast food and ice cream and cheesecake etc. I still drink enough to get dr*nk once or twice a week. And I’m still losing weight! Imagine how fast it’ll come off when I feel up to exercising again I’m legit so happy. Reminder that I was ~200lbs at my heaviest so I’ve lost just over 30lbs total! In like 4months! Holy shit! Only 30lbs more to go! I’m halfway there! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m literally mind-boggled right now looking at the difference between these two photos, my tummy is so different, my brain cannot compute
