This was another snippet from my trip to Mexico in April, looking back I had so much fun despite being super ill for the first couple of days.This year has definitely been an interesting one in regards to health but I feel stronger than ever now, even though there has been a couple bumps in the road with figuring out some of my digestive issues and food intolerances. Overall, my immune system is great and I feel much more vibrant after making some changes. I even notice my body slimming out in different places that had been a struggle before. More than just in the physical, this year has been a big one for me in regards to mental health, not just getting by each day but actually doing the work to heal past traumas, thrive and understand myself on a deeper level. Gotta say it feels great! That kind of self care is SO SO SO important.
I'm so grateful for my health, the body I live in and each day that I'm blessed to be able to wake up and experience a new day..even when those days are tough from time to time. It's all a part of the human experience.
I realize I have a lot of videos of me in water...makes sense as I am a Cancer after all and feel more comfortable in nature / water settings. I will post a few more clips for this trip that are a little more dry ;)
