• FaceTime Photoshoot
- Make sure to turn on DM notifications so you don’t miss the behind the scenes footage I’m sending out later tonight 😇
• Dieting tips:
- Try fasting for at least 16+ hours before your first meal. This gives your body time to process everything!
- Give yourself a 3-4 hour time window to eat.
(Standard is 8 hours, this is my modified version)
- Make sure to have a ton of lean protein and vegetables in this time window
- Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day during your fast
- Eat basically whatever you want in those 3-4 hours up until your maintenance caloric intake.
I choose to be as healthy as I can while eating whatever I want. Example of a few meals I’ve been eating:
7 grain blueberry waffles with peanut butter honey and strawberries on top 😅😁
Breakfast Pizza
Hummus + chips
Avocado Toast with shrimp on top
The trick to this to not eat the minute past your fast because snacking outside the time window will mess everything up!! And to recap, you want a main healthier meal consisting of a ton of lean protein and veggies. Also, while your fasting be sure to drink a ton of water! Black coffee and tea is ok to have during fasted hours. Again, this is what I personally do! If you’re not seeing results with this diet, message me and I can help you out!
