I tested positive for covid and feel like such garbage. I finally got like 5 hours of sleep without waking up though. Feeling better than Monday night but holy shit this sucks 😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖 wish me luck. My muscles are so sore and shortness of breathe when I stand up and walk. Have to watch what I eat and drink water slowly. Just terrible.
