Ending the night with some relaxed flow yoga and thought it might help you unwind too. Being pregnant helps me to still do the much needed self care even on days when I'm too irritated and tired and just want to climb into a pile of stuffies and hide.Its amazing how creating a life changes and motivates you. Every kick i feel makes me want to better myself and reminds me what my body is capable of! I hope you enjoy and I hope it helps bring you to a peaceful spot for awhile. Oh, and I hope you enjoy the view 📷
