Upcoming live!
My latest OFTV is out! This is a highly requested video where I talk about the controversial sides of the bodybuilding and online fitness industries, as well as what I personally do and do not do.
Iโm gearing up for my next (and final) bodybuilding prep right now-with a serious building phase planned for the next couple months, then straight into my 20 week competition prep. Iโm going to be competing at the Olympia amateur in Las Vegas this October and I could not be more excited to get shredded again and get back on stage!!
โ ๏ธ This weekend Iโm going to be going live on Onlyfans to answer all of your questions about bodybuilding, my prep, my own personal journey, opinions and anything else you might be curious about. Iโll post the live to my feed once Iโve finished it, so donโt worry if you canโt make it. Ask me your questions over DMs here or leave a comment on my pinned post and Iโll be sure to answer you on the live!
