Really feeling myself tonight πβ€οΈβπ₯ I used a barbell for the first time in almost two months today, it was fantastic! Iβve also been on a light diet + extra cardio to lean out a little. Iβm so excited to be training again!! πͺπ» My scars are pretty red because I just massaged them. Over time they will lighten, and next year I can get them tattooed. π€π»
