How is the start of 2023 treating you? I had a great chill few days off with friends and I've been back to sessions for a few days now π.
I've got a (fully clothed) squats video coming next week but I thought I'd start off with a gentle warm up first π.
I took the sound off this vid because honestly... Who likes the shit music they play in most commercial gyms? I'd love to hear your workout tracks for my next session π
