Don't forget to check in. It's crazy to think that it's only day 3. Is it getting easier? Are you finding it hard not to jerk off? Is it starting to become all you think about? Remember to try distract yourself. Weekends can be tricky and if you're not careful you'll end up edging all day.
Day 2 instructions:
- Edging time - 10 minutes or until you reach the edge once
- Porn - whatever you want
- Style: twists under the tip (slow - medium pace)
Day 1-7 Bonus task:
Use your horny energy to complete 10 pushups and 10 squats to the best of your ability every day.
